Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro is a full-time professional-level sales role focused on profitable growth of the commercial auto-parts business. Responsibilities include maintaining commercial customer relationships, delivering GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers, meeting personal/store sales and service objectives, providing day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members, collaborating with the GM on coaching and development, dispatching drivers to ensure timely delivery, maintaining commercial stocking programs, and building a network of second-source suppliers. The role requires knowledge of automotive systems and parts, ability to source from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source), strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings/weekends. Preferred qualifications include ASE certification and proficiency with inventory systems, POS and parts lookup systems, and basic Microsoft Office skills. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
