Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro responsible for profitable growth of the commercial business by maintaining customer relationships, driving sales, and supervising team members. Responsibilities include maintaining commercial customer relationships, meeting sales goals, dispatching drivers to ensure timely deliveries, maintaining commercial stocking programs, and partnering with the GM on coaching and developmental needs. Essential skills include strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from multiple channels (special orders, FDO, second source), proficiency with inventory and POS systems, ability to multi-task, and effective communication and problem solving. ASE knowledge or certification is noted as preferred, with emphasis on selling to commercial customers and ability to manage inventory, pricing, and supplier networks.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
- ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- English proficiency (Spanish a plus)
