Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro responsible for profitable growth of the commercial business through maintaining commercial customer relationships, achieving sales goals, supervising Team Members in collaboration with the GM, and ensuring timely delivery via dispatch of drivers. Requires automotive parts and system knowledge, ability to source from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source), and strong communication. ASE P2 certification or readiness preferred; includes inventory control, POS/parts lookup systems, and potential sales commissions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
- Minimum 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred
- Strong selling skills for commercial customers
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, parts catalogs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- English proficiency; Spanish a plus
