Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro responsible for profitable growth of the commercial business through customer retention and growth, partnering with the GM to manage Team Members, and leveraging expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts. The role involves directing drivers for timely deliveries, maintaining commercial stocking programs, building networks of second-source suppliers, and delivering strong selling results to meet store and personal goals. Strong emphasis on communication, organization, and familiarity with inventory, parts lookup systems, and ASE-certified (or ASE-ready) qualifications. The position requires ability to source from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source) and to work a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Education contains HS diploma or GED with ASE certification preferred; prior 3+ years of automotive parts sales experience and leadership experience are advantageous.
