Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro responsible for maintaining commercial customer relationships, driving profitable growth of the commercial business, and supervising team members. The role requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, ability to source from multiple channels (including special order, FDO, second source), and direct drivers to ensure timely, accurate delivery. Primary duties include achieving personal/store sales goals, managing dispatch and delivery standards, maintaining commercial stocking programs, and collaborating with the GM on coaching and development for Team Members. Essential skills include strong communication, ability to read and interpret safety and parts documentation, proficiency with POS and inventory systems, ASE P2 certification or ready equivalent, and the ability to source from multiple suppliers while delivering high-level customer service to commercial accounts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
- 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred
- formal or informal experience leading teams
- ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
