Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro responsible for profitable growth of the commercial business via customer retention and growth; maintains commercial customer relationships, provides GAS2 selling experience for commercial customers, supervises Team Members, coordinates with the GM, and dispatches drivers to ensure delivery standards, with emphasis on automotive parts knowledge, inventory systems, and sourcing from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source). ASE certification is preferred, with English proficiency and Spanish as a plus; must be able to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends and operate POS and parts lookup systems while driving sales and maintaining stocking programs.
