Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro overseeing profitable growth of the commercial auto-parts business, maintaining relationships with commercial customers, supervising team members, coordinating with the GM on coaching and development, dispatching drivers, maintaining stocking programs, and leveraging multiple sourcing channels (special order, FDO, second source). Requires automotive parts/system knowledge, ability to read safety and maintenance documents, proficiency with inventory and POS systems, and strong communication and organizational skills. ASE P2 certified or ASE-ready is preferred; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Must be able to work varying days including weekends; physical demands include lifting up to 100 lbs and working in a store environment with customer-facing duties. Position is full-time with sales-commission opportunities and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
