Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro responsible for profitable growth of the commercial business by maintaining commercial customer relationships, achieving personal/store sales goals, providing supervisory support to Team Members, dispatching drivers to ensure timely delivery, maintaining commercial stocking programs, and sourcing from multiple channels (including special orders, FDO, and second sources). Requires strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and inventory software; effective communication and problem solving; and ability to work various days including weekends. ASE P2 certification or equivalent is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
- A minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred
- ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals
- Proficiency with inventory systems and POS/parts lookup systems
- Ability to multi-task and lead a team while maintaining customer relationships
- Spanish language ability is a plus
