Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro responsible for profitable growth of the commercial automotive parts business through maintaining commercial customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and providing day-to-day supervisory support for team members. Coordinates with the GM on coaching and development, dispatches drivers to ensure timely delivery, maintains commercial stocking programs, and builds a network of second-source suppliers. Requires strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts lookup and inventory systems, ASE credentials (preferred), and the ability to source from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source). Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with capability to work a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends. Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel and basic math for pricing and discounts; bilingual in English (Spanish a plus) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
- 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs
