Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro responsible for profitable growth of the commercial business by maintaining and expanding commercial customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and supervising team members. The role requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, ability to source from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source), and directing drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Primary duties include maintaining commercial customer relationships, providing GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers, collaborating with the GM on coaching and development of Team Members, dispatching drivers, maintaining commercial stocking programs, and building networks of second-source suppliers. Essential skills include strong communication, knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic abilities, proficiency with inventory systems, POS and parts lookup systems, and the ability to read and interpret technical documents. ASE P2 certification or ASE-ready equivalent is noted, along with advanced selling and organizational capabilities. The role may require working various days, evenings, and weekends and offers sales commission; Equal Employment Opportunity statement is included.
