Commercial Parts Pro

Commercial Parts Pro responsible for profitable growth of the commercial business through maintaining and growing customer relationships, supervising team members, and coordinating delivery. Primary responsibilities include maintaining commercial customer relationships, delivering GAS2 selling experiences to commercial customers, achieving sales goals, providing day-to-day supervisory support for team members, coaching with the GM, dispatching drivers to ensure on-time delivery, maintaining commercial stocking programs, and building a network of second-source suppliers. Essential skills include knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability, proficiency with inventory systems, POS and parts lookup tools, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities. The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency (Spanish a plus), ability to work various days including weekends, and familiarity with ASE-related credentials being preferred. The position is full-time and based at 2795 Eastern Ave, Plymouth, WI. Position may involve extensive interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient parts supply and delivery.
