Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro drives profitable growth for the commercial business by maintaining and expanding relationships with commercial customers, leveraging GAS2-selling techniques, and coordinating with the GM to coach Team Members. Responsibilities include supervising daily tasks, dispatching drivers to ensure timely delivery, maintaining commercial stocking programs, sourcing from multiple channels (including special order, FDO, second source), and building a network of suppliers. The role requires strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts, ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents, accurate use of inventory systems, POS and parts lookup systems, and effective communication with customers, peers, and management.
