Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro tasked with profitable growth of the commercial business through maintaining commercial customer relationships, achieving personal/store sales goals, supervising Team Members, and coordinating with the GM on coaching. Requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, sourcing from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source), directing drivers for timely delivery, maintaining stocking programs, and building networks of suppliers. Strong emphasis on accreditation in ASE (preferred), communication, inventory management, and ability to work days/evenings/weekends with a focus on commercial profitability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
- 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred
- Strong selling and customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
- Ability to operate Microsoft Word and Excel; POS and parts lookup systems
