Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro is a professional-level sales role focused on profitable growth of the commercial auto-parts business through strong relationship-building with commercial customers, sourcing from multiple channels, and coordinating drivers for timely delivery. The role partners with the GM to coach and develop Team Members, maintains commercial stocking programs, achieves personal and store sales goals, and utilizes advanced selling skills for commercial customers. Core duties include maintaining customer relationships, dispatching drivers, managing inventory systems and POS/parts lookup systems, ensuring delivery accuracy, and collaborating on pricing and supplier networks (including second sources, special orders, FDO). Essential skills include strong communication, problem solving, bilingual ability (English; Spanish a plus), automotive parts knowledge, reading and interpreting safety and technical documents, and ability to multi-task and stay organized while working a schedule that may include evenings and weekends. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, ASE-related certification is preferred, and prior automotive parts experience with leadership experience is beneficial. The role is full-time and based at an Advance Auto Parts location in Athens, GA, United States.
Required Qualifications

- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
