Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro responsible for profitable growth of our commercial business by maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and supervising team Members. The role requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, the ability to source from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source, etc.), and to direct drivers to ensure timely delivery. Primary duties include maintaining commercial customer relationships, delivering GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers, coaching and development in partnership with the GM, dispatching drivers, maintaining commercial stocking programs, and building a network of suppliers. Essential skills include strong communication, inventory systems proficiency, ASE knowledge (ASE P2 certified or ready equivalent), understanding of profitability concepts, and the ability to multi-task and stay organized. English is required; Spanish is a plus. The position is full-time and located in Harlan, KY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred ASE certification or readiness)
- 3+ years automotive parts experience preferred
- Ability to supervise and coach team members
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel; POS and inventory systems
- Ability to source from multiple places (special order, FDO, second source)
- Ability to dispatch drivers and manage delivery timelines
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Ability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed
