Job Summary
Commercial Parts Pro responsible for profitable growth of the commercial auto-parts business through maintaining and expanding commercial customer relationships, achieving store sales goals, and supervising Team Members. Role includes partnering with the GM on coaching, dispatching drivers to ensure timely delivery, maintaining commercial stocking programs, sourcing from multiple channels (special orders, FDO, second sources), and ensuring accuracy in delivery and inventory. Requires knowledge of automotive systems, parts lookup/POS usage, ability to read safety/operating manuals, and strong communication and organizational skills; ASE certification is preferred. The position requires the ability to work a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends, with potential for sales commission. Willingness to travel minimally within store operations and collaborate on pricing discounts for commercial customers; Spanish language能力 is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- ASE certification preferred but not required
- 3+ years automotive parts experience (preferred)
- Strong selling and customer-service skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to supervise and partner with GM and Team Members
- Basic math and ability to use inventory/office software (Word, Excel)
- Read and interpret safety/operational documents
- Ability to work varied shifts (days/evenings/weekends)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
