Job Summary
Maintain commercial customer relationships and provide GAS2 selling experience to drive profitable growth through retention and new business. Source parts from numerous channels including special orders, FDO, and second sources, while directing drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Supervise Team Members by providing day-to-day support, collaborating with the GM on coaching, and ensuring proper driver coverage. Achieve personal and store sales goals while managing commercial stocking programs and credit accounts. Maintain core bank returns and build a network of second source suppliers. Work full-time with an ability to work evenings and weekends as needed, utilizing ASE P2 knowledge and automotive system expertise to execute sales objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- ASE P2 certified or ASE ready equivalent
- Speak and write English
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to read and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment
- Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Use Microsoft software effectively (Word, Excel required)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds (occasionally)

Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience
- Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions
- Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks, and working together to achieve goals
- ASE certification preferred, but not required
- Spanish language ability
