Job Summary
Maintain commercial customer relationships and provide GAS2 selling experience while achieving personal and store sales goals. Source parts from numerous locations including special order, FDO, and second sources, then direct drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members by collaborating on coaching and developmental needs. Maintain commercial stocking programs, core bank returns, and credit accounts while building a network of second source suppliers. Dispatch drivers to uphold delivery standards and work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Speak and write English
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write simple correspondence

- Successfully complete the Parts Knowledge Assessment

- Strong organizational skills
- Understand Commercial profitability concepts, including knowledge of competition, market opportunities, and customer prioritization
- Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends as needed
