Job Summary
Commercial Partnerships Lead to drive indirect retail content sourcing and partnerships across international markets outside North America. You will lead and optimise relationships with gift card aggregators, distributors and indirect content partners to expand country coverage, improve indirect margins, and align content sourcing with growth plans. Responsibilities include identifying new content routes where direct relationships aren’t available, negotiating terms and pricing, maintaining a content-sourcing pipeline in CRM, and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Account Management, Sales, Brand Partnerships, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Technology) to implement scalable solutions. You’ll represent Tillo externally with aggregators and industry partners, and support country expansion through market opportunity mapping and content-gap analysis. Essential candidates will have strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills, relationship-management capabilities, and a data-driven approach to prioritising opportunities. Desirable experience includes international gift card exposure, existing partner networks, and experience in rewards/finTech/B2B2C spaces. The role operates in a hybrid setup with a London office presence (2 days/week) and remote flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in gift card industry
- Experience negotiating commercial terms, pricing and margin improvements
- Experience managing external commercial partnerships
- International market expansion experience (Desirable)
- CRM and performance tracking experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with ownership and accountability
