Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of major and strategic commercial partners by building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and developing integrated partnership solutions across platforms, content, events, and digital channels. Lead high-value partner relationships, progress upsell and renewal opportunities, and deliver end-to-end campaign activations while providing day-to-day operational support and guidance to the Partnerships team. Contribute to sponsorship revenue growth, partner retention, and long-term portfolio value through specialist expertise in digital opportunities and performance analysis. Evening and weekend work required around game days and events; tertiary qualifications and five years in commercial partnerships required.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications or a related discipline
- A minimum of five years' experience in commercial partnerships, sponsorship, marketing or senior account management, ideally within sport or another fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience managing high-value commercial partnerships and senior stakeholder relationships
- A proven track record delivering integrated partnership campaigns, activations, branded content and digital engagement initiatives
- Strong commercial acumen, including the ability to identify and progress growth, leveraging, renewal and revenue opportunities
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong organisation and project management capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders
- A proactive, collaborative and accountable approach, supported by strong attention to detail, sound judgement, digital capability and a passion for sport and fan engagement
- A current Drivers License
- A Blue Card
- A WWCC
