Job Summary
The Commercial Parking Manager oversees the daily operations of one or multiple commercial parking facilities, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent customer service. This role includes staff management, revenue tracking, client relations, and operational compliance. Ideal candidates are strong leaders with experience in parking operations, customer service, and financial oversight. Responsibilities include client relationship management, daily operational oversight, financial tracking, team supervision and training, and regular communication with regional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- 1 year minimum previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Management or leadership related training/certifications/business preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective training and leadership skills
- Technological proficiency in revenue management and scheduling software
Additional Requirements
- Must pass and maintain a clean background check
- Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
