Job Summary

Oversee daily operations of commercial parking facilities by managing staff, tracking site-level revenue and expenses, and ensuring operational compliance. Serve as the primary contact for hotel stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships, while conducting frequent site visits to resolve equipment issues and maintain service standards. Recruit, train, and coach hourly associates, optimizing labor costs through scheduling and payroll management. Collaborate with leadership on cost-control measures and provide regular performance reports, utilizing personal devices for emergency coordination. Maintain an open leadership style that drives team success and continuous process improvement across multiple locations.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period
  • Clean background check
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1 year minimum previous supervisory and related customer service/hospitality experience
  • Management or leadership related training/certifications/business
  • Practical knowledge of basic training methods, operational software, and essential leadership principles
  • Hands-on coaching, team building, and adaptability across multiple sites
  • Flexible leadership, accountability, and clear communication
  • Solid grasp of relevant technology, particularly in PMC's revenue management and scheduling software
  • Ability to dissect complex data and situations, particularly related to revenue and payroll
  • Capability to pinpoint and rectify discrepancies in revenue reporting
  • Capability to unravel the root causes of operational inefficiencies
  • Capability to create effective solutions to boost performance
  • Ability to instruct managers in creating efficient schedules and monitoring these for operational efficiency
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
