Job Summary
Review manpower schedules weekly to determine field personnel needs, conduct interviews for new hires, and track employee progress while updating foremen levels. Oversee all field personnel, verify policy compliance, manage safety functions and testing, and deliver equipment and supplies to job sites. Participate in job start-up meetings, conduct site visits with estimators and foremen, and handle daily project troubleshooting and paperwork. Manage customer relations, address client concerns, and assist with production painting as needed. Post weekly manpower schedules by Thursday 4pm and complete all payroll change notices timely.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of superintendent / supervisory experience
- Proven commercial, industrial, and/or retail painting experience
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to painting and construction activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively and exhibit strong leadership
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to read drawings / blueprints
