Job Summary
Manage multiple commercial painting projects from pre-construction through completion, developing budgets and resource allocation plans while tracking estimates using On-Screen Takeoff. Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure proper application methods, quality control, and material delivery schedules. Oversee safety compliance, review submittals and change orders, and conduct regular site visits and meetings. This role requires 5+ years of experience in commercial coatings and concrete applications, with proficiency in construction management software. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial painting project management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial coatings and application methods
- Experience with industrial and commercial painting projects
- Proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff and construction management software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and leadership abilities

- Local to the market a PLUS
- Experience with concrete coatings and caulking applications
- Knowledge of medical facility painting requirements
- Experience with tilt-up construction projects
- OSHA 30 certification
