Job Summary
Commercial Painter responsible for applying paints, sealers, and finishes on interior and exterior building surfaces including plaster, Sheetrock, concrete, and wood. Operates spray equipment, scaffolding, and motorized lifts; performs caulking, finish repair, mud and tape, texturing, and minor plaster work. Requires survey of project sites to estimate time and materials, and ensures safety and high-quality workmanship. OSHA certification or safety training preferred; 2+ years of experience in commercial/industrial painting; valid US driver’s license with 3+ years of experience. Must be able to work in environments with exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, dust, fumes, and loud noise; physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders up to 36 feet.
