Job Summary
Manage commercial painting projects from planning through completion by coordinating with clients, general contractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure quality execution. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and safety compliance while reading blueprints, specs, and job scopes. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain job quality while leading field teams in a safety-first culture. Requires 3–5+ years of PM experience in commercial paint/coatings, strong knowledge of surface prep and product systems, and proven ability to manage multiple crews.
