Job Summary
Process customer equipment orders by verifying pricing, shipping details, and documentation. Place orders with vendors, follow up on status, and maintain organized job files while communicating discrepancies. Monitor orders to ensure required signatures and supporting documentation are received. Provide professional customer service via phone and email to internal and external clients. Coordinate with sales and departments to support timely fulfillment. Adhere to established company policies and perform other duties as assigned. This role supports the Commercial Sales team at Koch Air, a leading Carrier distributor with locations throughout the Midwest.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to occasionally lift or exert up to 20 pounds of force
- Ability to frequently exert up to 10 pounds of force
- Ability to use a computer and phone for extended periods
- Ability to perform primarily sedentary work for extended periods
