Commercial Operations Specialist (TX, NC, SC, GA, or VA)

Conduct due diligence review, booking, funding, and collateral tracking for commercial loans while performing detailed document review and title checks. Serve as a gatekeeper for due diligence requirements, process funding and wire transactions with precision, and manage loan booking activities to ensure accurate reporting and coding. Track and maintain collateral documentation, including titles, UCCs, and deeds, while identifying and resolving operational exceptions. Collaborate with Commercial Services, Credit, and Commercial Lenders to resolve documentation issues and provide backup support to Doc Prep Specialists through cross-training. Maintain accurate audit files and support internal and external audit requests to meet regulatory and internal standards.
