Job Summary
Commercial Operations Specialist at InPost UK, part of the UK Network team, focusing on managing the independent landlord portfolio and supporting enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include handling escalations and complaints, driving parcel delivery/collection efficiency, negotiating locker expansions, renewing contracts to prevent removals, sharing insights to refine landlord strategy, collaborating with Customer Experience, Network Health and Finance to streamline processes, and coordinating with Deployment Operations about extensions, relocations, and upgrades. Requires client relationship experience, strong communication, escalation management, negotiation skills, collaborative mindset, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a detail-oriented, data-driven approach to improve efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in building and developing client relationships.
- Experience handling difficult escalations and complaints over the phone
- Experience negotiating with clients and closing deals over the phone
