Job Summary
Manage demand forecasting using sales, market, and customer data to improve forecast accuracy and product availability. Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, and regional teams to align IBP processes, optimize stock levels, and support supply allocation decisions. Monitor and mitigate out-of-stock risks through safety stock reporting, excess tracking, and authority notifications while ensuring accurate product data submission. Lead cross-functional projects, coordinate Nordic product meetings, and oversee operational processes including invoicing and business tools to drive Sales Operations Excellence. Act as the key liaison between Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Market Access, and Regulatory functions to ensure alignment on products and operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or equivalent)
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in SAP, IQVIA, Microsoft Office, Veeva, Coupa, TrackWise, and GLAMS
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry across commercial, supply, or regulatory functions
- Experience working with authorities and regulatory compliance processes
- Proven cross-functional collaboration experience
- Strong understanding of demand planning and sales operations
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Structured and detail-oriented approach
- Customer and service-oriented mindset
- Proactive problem-solving with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
