Job Summary
Commercial Operations Manager responsible for driving performance and growth of the Oncology portfolio by identifying opportunities, coordinating forecasting across indications and country stakeholders, and partnering with Oncology Franchise Leads on strategic priorities. Key duties include sales forecasting and tracking, cross-functional planning (L3Next), budget oversight and monthly reviews, OKR establishment and monitoring, event planning and plan execution, growth-project management, and execution of new oncology indications/brands. Will coordinate data analytics, market research, governance of alliances, and apply agile approaches to improve quality, speed, and outcomes. Requires advanced project management and stakeholder engagement skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to operate across matrix structures in a fast-paced, science-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in business or life sciences
- Several years of experience in Pharma/Biotech or Strategic Consulting
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to navigate a science-driven, matrix organization
- Strong project management/operational leadership experience
- Proven analytical capabilities and ability to set up forecast models
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting and performance management
- Ability to deliver robust business cases and strategic initiatives
- Experience applying agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
