Job Summary
Commercial Operations Manager responsible for contract governance, pricing, forecasting, and pipeline management to support revenue growth. Own master repository of contracts, track lifecycles, maintain 12-month renewal calendar, and coordinate renewal planning. Build and maintain pricing schedules, manage price increases, and surface variances in monthly performance reports. Develop rolling revenue forecasts, monitor pipeline health, and provide regular reporting on performance, win/loss, and process improvements. Drive customer retention initiatives, support the transition of new business to operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to close gaps in execution. Requires 3–5 years in related roles, advanced Excel, CRM experience a plus, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and work with senior leadership to build the commercial operating system from the ground up.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, pricing, contract administration, revenue operations, or related field
- strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CRM platforms a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, operational, and financial stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field preferred
