Job Summary
Commercial Operations Manager responsible for leading end-to-end commercialization from quote to post-launch, coordinating Sales, R&D, QA/Regulatory, Operations, and Data; owns master data governance and Deacom ERP administration; drives stage-gate process execution, BOM and data integrity, and continuous process improvements; oversees customer onboarding, contract terms, SKU setup, and pricing validation, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely product development and production readiness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in commercial operations, project management, or product commercialization (preferably in food/supplement manufacturing)
- Strong experience with ERP systems (Deacom preferred)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing SOPs, workflows, and operational processes
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
