Job Summary
Commercial Operations Coordinator will drive cross-functional commercial projects, own pricing and tender processes across multiple markets, partner with Commercial Excellence, Finance, Sales, and Marketing, prepare analyses and performance reports for senior stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and organize business reviews to improve processes and collaboration. The role requires coordinating with regional and local teams, with a focus on pricing and tender excellence within Transfusion Medicine, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Fluency in German and English and experience in healthcare/regulated industries are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience in commercial operations, pricing, tender management, finance, project coordination or related function
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical and structured approach with attention to detail
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional fluency in German and English
