Job Summary
Commercial Operations Coordinator role to support global Account Management and scale internal processes within the Operations team. Responsibilities include improving commercial performance and partner relationships across airline/hotel/car/vacation clients, streamlining day-to-day workflows, maintaining and improving the internal wiki and documentation, developing knowledge of internal systems to provide guidance, collaborating with Analytics, Engineering, Legal, and Finance on roadmaps and data-informed decisions, supporting the rollout of new tools and features (including drafting communications and coordinating testing), and contributing to training and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Requires data fluency, strong English communication, organisational ability, cross-team collaboration, and familiarity with Google Workspace; Jira/Confluence or Salesforce is a plus. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of working experience in operations, coordination, account support, sales/business development enablement, or related roles
- comfort working with data
- strong written and verbal communication in English
- organised and adaptable
- collaborative across teams/time zones
- experience with Google Workspace; Jira/Confluence or Salesforce a plus but not required
- curiosity about travel technology or digital platforms; prior travel industry experience welcome but not essential
- curiosity about AI and emerging technologies; hands-on experience with LLMs in study/work/personal projects
