Job Summary
Commercial Operations Consultant responsible for safeguarding revenue integrity of Corporate Health services by defining and governing billing triggers, documentation standards, and invoicing workflows; ensuring alignment between service delivery, documentation, and billable scope; owning AR visibility and resolution of invoicing issues; managing contract onboarding readiness and renewal discipline; and coordinating with Delivery and Engagement teams to ensure billing, contract requirements, and scalable processes across Corporate Health services.
Required Qualifications
- Seven to twelve years of experience in healthcare operations, healthcare finance, billing, managed services, or enterprise service delivery
- Strong experience with contracts, billing processes, and revenue governance in healthcare settings
- Understanding of how clinical delivery, documentation, and billing intersect
- Comfort working cross-functionally with clinical, operational, finance, and client-facing teams
- Highly detail-oriented with strong process discipline and escalation judgment
