Job Summary
Draft and review customer-facing contracts and amendments, while providing support for sales pricing and account resolution issues. Manage large data imports and exports to ensure global pricing database standards, including generating initial price lists and handling new account approvals. Own the contract end-of-life process and act as a secondary contact for contract rosters, fixing production issues related to pricing or data quality. Administer new product setups, update pricing, and remove obsolete parts to maintain accurate documentation. Deliver standard and ad-hoc reporting on contract performance, provide analytics support with insights on pricing and spend history, and assist with RFI/RFQ/RFP completions. Develop process documentation and propose improvements for contract management and pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 2 years related experience or a BA/BS degree
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently and be proactive, though works under close supervision
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, PowerPivot, PowerBI, and Pivot Tables
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and ability to make trade-offs
- Able to work under pressure, multi-task, manage changing priorities and workload
- Able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams

- Salesforce.com and Epicor knowledge a plus
