Job Summary
Shape the Commercial Operations function by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Drive territory sizing, alignment, and optimization to ensure resources are deployed effectively against business goals. Own customer targeting and segmentation processes while partnering with Analytics and Data & Technology teams to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements. Translate frameworks into field-level productivity scorecards and support launch readiness initiatives to maximize commercial effectiveness. Partner with Finance on forecasting and budgeting, and integrate AI-enabled solutions into CRM, incentive management, and commercial planning processes. Ensure CRM fit for purpose across the sales force and leadership. This fully remote role within the US Commercial Operations department supports a growing portfolio covering oncology, haematology, neurology, and rare metabolic conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in a Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or Analytics role within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
- Confident user of operating Sales CRMs (Salesforce, Veeva, or similar)
- Familiarity with commercial data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, Definitive, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Life Sciences Commercial processes (Customer Engagement, Targeting, Alignment, Incentive Compensation, Marketing Operations, Pharmacy, Finance, Patient Services)
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including Excel, SQL, Python and exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to influence decision making and collaborate effectively across functions and levels
