Job Summary
Source and develop relationships with commercial real estate investors, developers, and business owners seeking financing. Evaluate borrower needs, gather financial documents, and match them with appropriate loan programs and lending partners. Prepare loan packages for lender review and communicate with clients, appraisers, and third-party vendors throughout the underwriting process. Manage a pipeline of loan opportunities from initial contact through closing while maintaining detailed records. Stay current on market trends, lending requirements, and program guidelines.
