Job Summary
Monitor and analyze the financial condition of existing commercial mortgage loans at both property and guarantor levels to determine compliance with reporting requirements. Prepare periodic performance and compliance reporting packages, including tracking occupancy and average revenue against pro formas for income-producing properties. Review appraisals, environmental documentation, and engineering reports to assess loan requirement compliance, while assisting in new loan production execution. Conduct site visits and property inspections as needed, then submit regular monitoring reports to bankers and loan servicing teams. Participate in developing new processes related to program revisions and guideline changes. Full-time office role three days a week in Minneapolis, MN, with a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in Commercial Real Estate, commercial mortgage lending, or a related field
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced financial and data manipulation functions in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to review and analyze complex financial and commercial loan documents
- Full-time position in office three days a week
- Days of work are Monday through Friday during standard business hours
- Regular and reliable attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting the closing of new business transactions
- Foundational understanding of the Commercial Real Estate industry gained through successful completion of Real Estate focused coursework, internships, or professional experience
- Familiarity with the primary commercial property types including multifamily, industrial, office, retail, and hospitality
- Experience with AI efficiency tools
