Job Summary
Conduct rotations through key Commercial departments to assess credit risk via financial statement, cash flow, and industry analysis. Complete underwriting processes with oversight, update financial covenants, and run Probability of Default models. Partner with Relationship Managers to draft deal memos, create client presentations, and utilize Dealpoint Profitability Analyzer for RAROC assessment. Build an extensive internal network while attending formal training and eLearning courses. This program prepares candidates for permanent sales or credit roles within the Middle Market, supported by extensive self-learning and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
- Relevant internships and co-op program experience
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task and to be flexible
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must be able to complete rotations in assigned region with travel throughout the Bancorp footprint based on business need
