The role is hands-on and commercially focused, with senior leadership responsibility for the race programme’s marketing and commercial strategy, requiring availability at all race weekends. Key duties include marketing planning across platforms, sponsorship generation and management, IP protection of the NAPA Racing UK brand, event activations at race weekends (minimum of 10 weekends), merchandise product management, and comprehensive performance reporting to senior stakeholders. Line management of the Brand Manager and Marketing Executive, along with budget oversight and governance of trademarks.
