Job Summary
Define and document IQ Fiber's commercial go-to-market strategy across small business, mid-market, and MDU/property management segments. Develop segment-specific messaging frameworks, ideal customer profiles, and commercial offer strategies including bundling and pricing. Build the commercial marketing playbook from the ground up, establishing repeatable motions for demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion. Brief the Customer Acquisition team for campaign execution across paid, digital, and direct-response channels while directing the Product Development Manager on commercial-facing materials. Design account-based marketing approaches for mid-market and MDU segments, including partnership frameworks. Track and report on commercial marketing performance to refine strategy and improve funnel conversion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6–10 years of B2B or commercial marketing experience, with demonstrated success building or evolving a go-to-market motion
- Proven ability to develop ICPs, segment messaging, and sales-enablement materials that drive measurable pipeline results
- Data-driven approach to campaign planning and performance optimization
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product and pricing detail into clear, compelling customer-facing messaging
- Ability to operate as a strategist without dedicated execution resources, briefing into shared creative and media teams
- Ability to influence cross-functionally without direct authority across Sales, Product, and Marketing
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments and build structure where little exists
- Applicant must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
