Job Summary
Lead the creative direction for Bauer Media Advertising’s commercial pitches, campaigns and collateral. Oversee execution of presentations, media packs, social/digital content, motion and video assets, event branding and partnerships. Mentor a junior designer, develop persuasive sales narratives and templates, and maintain a high-quality brand identity. Drive creative storytelling from research insights to compelling visuals, while supporting events and launches with hands-on design. Proficiency in print/digital/social design, motion graphics, typography, and asset management; strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and emerging AI-assisted tools. Hybrid role based in London with flexibility to balance home and office work.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working within a commercial creative environment
- Experience creating assets across print, digital, social, motion and presentation design
- Exceptional graphic design, layout and typography skills
- Strong illustration and conceptual creative skills
- Experience creating motion graphics and video content for digital and social platforms
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of Figma, After Effects and video/motion workflows
- Awareness of AI-assisted creative tools and emerging technologies
