Job Summary
Develop and maintain relationships with key commercial accounts in the property/facility management space; conduct cold outreach via email, phone, and in-person introductions; drive B2B sales for restoration services; schedule and conduct in-person meetings; manage the commercial sales pipeline and CRM (RMS, Luxor, One Drive/SharePoint); track and report weekly activities, leads, wins, and losses; contribute to market research, lead generation, and promotional events (CE classes, seminars, trade shows, Lunch and Learn, community events); coordinate marketing efforts with regional managers and coordinators; maintain documentation including client logs, loss reports, and sales data; participate in staff meetings and company trainings; demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; maintain confidentiality and comply with vehicle operation requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Five plus years’ experience in an outside sales (B2B) role
- Two plus years’ experience in a Customer Service role

- Associate Degree or bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
