Job Summary
Leading the Vision Care Sales and Marketing efforts for Hong Kong, including franchise strategy, P&L accountability, portfolio development, and omni-channel demand generation to drive sales and market share. Stakeholder engagement with internal RA, regulatory bodies, Medical Affairs, and external agencies; managing product innovation and commercial innovation, marketing programs and A&P budgeting; building external engagement and advocacy; driving go-to-market strategies across Optometry, Modern trade, Ecommerce, and white-space channels; coaching and developing a high-performing team, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and regulatory policies.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree is required
- Proficiency in Local language (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English is mandatory
- More than 12 years of experience in either Medical Device, Healthcare, OTC or FMCG industries with a minimum of 5 years in a combination of sales & marketing leadership roles
