Job Summary
Lead sales quota attainment, forecast tracking, and annual budget preparation while coordinating and motivating the commercial team against key performance indicators. Develop and retain vertical market client portfolios by executing high-impact technical-commercial visits and presentations. Supervise proposals, review contractual terms, and monitor offer profitability through organizational tools and cost analysis. Track all sales processes and procedures, ensuring rigorous oversight of business opportunities and tender processes. Requires a 4th-level engineering degree with five years of commercial management experience in energy or oil sectors, advanced English proficiency, and the ability to travel nationally.
Required Qualifications
- Ingeniero (Petróleo, Materiales, Eléctrico, Mecánico o afines) con estudios de 4to nivel
- Profesional con 5 años en gerencia comercial liderando equipos de alto desempeño
- Dominio de ventas consultivas en sectores industriales (Energía/Petróleo)
- Experiencia en procesos de licitación (limitativo)
- Capacidad de desplazamiento por el territorio Nacional
Desired Qualifications
- Manejo de portafolio de proyectos demostrable y deseable conocimiento en cables, transformadores o generadores
- Inglés avanzado
