Job Summary
Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial performance of utility and cable joining projects in the UK. Lead commercial management from tender through final account, manage NEC and other contract forms, and oversee valuations, payments, variations, and final accounts. Monitor project costs, profitability, and commercial risk; provide governance and reporting to senior management; support procurement and subcontract management; build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders; ensure compliance with procedures and contractual obligations; requires strong utilities/power/infrastructure experience and excellent commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills; full UK driving licence; degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is desirable.
