Job Summary
Lead a team of Analysts and Leads while driving strategic supplier partnerships, margin growth initiatives, solution design, and process improvements. Transform data-driven insights into actionable strategies that directly influence business performance and long-term success. Balance high-level commercial strategy with hands-on execution to identify opportunities for improving business performance, efficiency, and value creation. This leadership role requires a strong commercial mindset, experience presenting to executives, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels. Candidates must thrive on leading high-performing teams, developing people, and continuously improving processes. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business/Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Transport or 4PL industry
- Minimum 4 years business/finance experience
- Experience working with, and presenting to, Executives and Leadership
- Effective People management experience
- High degree of autonomy
- Successful candidates will have evidence of work rights in Australia
- Successful candidates will have clear and valid police record check
- Successful candidates will satisfy psychometric assessments prior to commencement
