Commercial Manager - Revenue and Products

Job Summary
Manage and lead a portfolio of commercial and ancillary products, protecting revenue while innovating for next-phase growth. Engage internal stakeholders and ticketing clients across B2B and B2C channels to drive education and adoption. Support the identification, planning, and launch of new commercial product opportunities, defining go-to-market strategies for advertisers and partners. Execute advertising campaigns by optimizing, monitoring, and reporting to ensure client requirements are met. Provide coaching to your team to ensure operational and administrative standards are delivered across the portfolio. Develop annual partnership account plans to review current relationships and identify strategic growth opportunities. Prepare tailored responses to media briefs and present concepts to expand the client portfolio. Oversee invoicing and ensure accurate month-end settlements are submitted to Finance. Work closely with the Marketing team to create and execute campaigns utilizing key partner channels to maximize ticket sales. Grow commercial revenue aligned with company OKRs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in an ecommerce business responsible for revenue budgets
- Experience in managing a diverse range of commercial client portfolios
- An understanding of key concepts, products and processes of the digital media landscape and reporting metrics
- Goal focussed and driven to meet KPI's around ancillary revenue
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills and the proven ability to interact with a broad range of partner senior staff, technical specialists and other industry stakeholders
- A demonstrated understanding of sponsorship and partnership development with a proven track record in service delivery, especially in relation to a range of large national and international brands
- Strong commercial acumen, with excellent presenting and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Powerpoint and Excel
- An enthusiasm for building and nurturing long standing relationships and driving towards financial goals
- Proactive attitude to growing commercial revenue and introducing initiatives to ensure our markets are getting the most from their commercial channels
- Proactive preparation & execution of short-and-long term strategic plans
- Strong communications and presentation skills
- Excellent organisation and project management skills with a proven ability to deliver required outcomes under strict deadlines and to a high standard
- Proven time management skills and ability to manage multiple stake holder and partner requirements simultaneously
- Superior planning skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively on an individual basis and within a team framework
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Able to travel to the office minimum 3 days a week
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with HTML and eCommerce products such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics is preferred
